Assistance to the management (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

  • Organizational and administrative support of the management and the leadership team
  • Independent preparation, support and follow-up of advisory board meetings, management and team meetings as well as appointments with external parties (customers, manufacturers, service providers)
  • Independent control of operative topics such as appointment coordination, document management, business trips (incl. travel preparations and bookings, travel expense accounting)
  • Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent preparation of presentations, minutes and templates
  • Independent organization and support of events (events, trade fairs)
  • Fleet management and insurances
  • Participation in various projects for process optimization and implementation of measures to achieve corporate goals

This is what you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies / commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Confident handling of MS-Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • A significant service orientation with a high level of commitment and reliability
  • Structured and team-oriented way of working as well as hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills and discretion
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
