HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

These are your tasks

  • Competent contact person for our managers and employees in all personnel-related topics and issues
  • Supervision and support of a defined group of employees from entry to exit
  • Independent execution of all operative HR processes and the associated administrative activities
  • Preparation of personnel-related documents (contracts, certificates, attestations, etc.) and maintenance of of the data in our HR system
  • Depending on personal previous experience: Supervision of recruiting from the advertisement to the contract offer and/or participation in the development of personnel development and talent management
  • Project-related new and further development of processes and systems, including the creation and implementation of guidelines and concepts in HR

This is what you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies/commercial training with focus on HR
  • Several years (> 7 years) and extensive experience as HR representative/HR Business partner, preferably in a distribution/service company
  • Profound knowledge of HR management instruments and tools, preferably in the areas of recruiting and/or personnel development
  • A significant service orientation with a high level of commitment and reliability
  • Structured and team-oriented way of working as well as hands-on mentality
  • Confident handling of MS-Office and experience with HR systems (e.g. Navision/HR Works)
  • Strong communication skills and affinity for online & social media
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
