With PowerSense function for excellent crimp results at minimum force expenditure, combines the advantages of manual crimp tools with the comfort of accumulator-driven hydraulic pressing tools, single-lever operation for controlling all tool functions, an electronic control system with lock function monitors the complete closing of the die inserts, automatic release movement on completion of the crimp joint, LED light for the crimp position and working area, multifunctional LED for maintenance indication, data transmission via optoelectronic interface and USB adapter, project-related logging with the Klauke i-press software package; Pressing force: max. 15 kN. Crimp range: 0.14 - 50 mm². Crimp time: max. 1.5 s (depending on the joint material). Number of crimp joints per accumulator charge: approx. 300 for 10 mm² Cu DIN 46234. Accumulator: Li-Ion 10.8 V/1.5 Ah. Charging time: approx. 40 min. Ambient temperatures: –10 to + 40 °C. Weight without battery: 0.96 kg.
